Once your purchase is complete and the download link has been provided, we are unable to issue a refund. Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience any of the following issues:
- A corrupted or non-working file
- An incorrect download link
- Trouble accessing the files you purchased
